It’s always an honor when someone books you as a referral from a current/past client. This was no exception meeting Staci and Christopher! It’s been 5 years since they got hitched and Christopher proposed at the bench right there overlooking the Pier. So naturally, this is where we had to have the shoot! (not on the bench… well I mean we did a few on the bench but not whooooole thing). So since Staci was a referral from a client (Nicole, one of my faves by the way and not just cuz her and Sam bring me treats) but she is an amazing mother, woman, and is a bad ass in many ways. I have had the pleasure of photographing Nicole and Sam’s journey from the beginning of their engagement, to 3 kids later and now a puppy (who I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting and petting yet…. soon though). Nicole asked me “So whose your ASS?” Normally it’s Kevin but during the week, I run solo. So she said I’m gonna come and help! She ofcourse brought cookies. She knows the way to my fat heart. It was a beautiful evening at the Pier. Staci and Christopher brought Grayson their pride and joy to hopefully join them in some photos and play in the sand. He did both… I think he did great! We even got a stunning sunset at the end and got to visit “The Bench”. Staci kicked some people off ofr it, but they were more than happy to oblige and let Staci and Christopher relive the beginning of their journey. Here are some teasers for the day:
